If you decide to cancel your project before any work has been started, you may be eligible for a full refund of your deposit. However, if any work has already been started, we reserve the right to retain a portion of your deposit to cover the cost of the work completed.

2. Refund for Completed Work

If you are not satisfied with the completed work and wish to request a refund, please notify us within 14 days of the completion of the project. We will work with you to understand the issues and try to resolve them. If we are unable to resolve the issues to your satisfaction, we will issue a refund for the portion of the work that is deemed unsatisfactory.

3. Refund for Abandoned Projects

If you abandon a project and do not respond to our communication for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to consider the project complete and bill you for any work completed. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

4. Payment Processing Fees

We do not refund payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal fees, credit card processing fees) as these are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
